Coffee Friend is an international omnichannel retailer of coffee and coffee machines, operating in Europe. We focus on an extraordinary sales experience and high-quality production.
In our marketing department we have 30 coffee enthusiasts, serving up amazing beans and exceptional experiences across 12 European markets. We have yearly traffic online of 15 million visitors and an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86%, we’re on a mission to become the go-to coffee destination in Europe.

This is your chance to join a thriving marketing department with a whopping €3 million budget for 2024. That’s right, you’ll have the resources and support to develop innovative campaigns and strategies that will take our brand to the next level.
You will:
- Develop a new local marketing strategy;
- Drive foot traffic to stores, increasing sales;
- Develop a new loyalty program;
- Establish video content team;
- Cooperate with Digital Marketing team to drive online traffic and customer engagement;
- Analyze data and market trends;
- Lead and inspire several teams, including promotions, creative, video content creation teams.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience leading marketing teams and developing successful marketing strategies in omnichannel business environment;
- Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce business, social media marketing, digital marketing (including affiliates, PPC, SEO, and e-mail marketing), and traditional marketing channels;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Collaboration and communication – You will need to collaborate effectively with various teams and possess excellent communication skills to lead and inspire them;
- International marketing experience;
- Passion for coffee;
- The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and excited by the challenges.
