In our marketing department we have 30 coffee enthusiasts, serving up amazing beans and exceptional experiences across 12 European markets. We have yearly traffic online of 15 million visitors and an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86%, we’re on a mission to become the go-to coffee destination in Europe.

This is your chance to join a thriving marketing department with a whopping €3 million budget for 2024. That’s right, you’ll have the resources and support to develop innovative campaigns and strategies that will take our brand to the next level.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Working with suppliers: preparation of marketing proposals, coordination of campaigns, plans and budgets, control of implementation, analysis of results, preparation of reports;
• Planning, coordinating and analyzing results of sales promotion campaigns;
• Market analysis and insights;
• Planning and mentoring various marketing projects;
• Working closely with digital marketing department;
• Organization of other marketing projects and events as required by the company

WE HOPE THAT YOU:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in project management in retail;
• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is an advantage;
• Have excellent English speaking and writing skills;
• Are proactive, organized, independent and able to plan your work;
• Are a communicative, positive and creative professional.
